Initial Consultation
This consultation will cover:
– Case history
– Allergy and food tolerance testing
– Weighing
– Measurements
– Fitness test.

Nutritional Update Sessions
These will take place at regular intervals throughout the Programme.

During these Sessions you will be able to discuss, and will be helped through, any problems you may be experiencing.

We will make any necessary adjustments to your food plan as you progress.

You will be weighed and measured to track your progress.

Personal Fitness Sessions
These Sessions will take place at regular intervals throughout the Programme.

Adaptions will be made as your fitness levels increase.

Final Consultation
To assess how well you have done, this Consultation will include weighing and measurements and a fitness assessment .

We will discuss long-term eating and fitness programmes to enable you to continue reaping the benefits of your new healthier lifestyle.
