These two consultations cover:
– Fitness assessment
– Full postural analysis
– Nutrition assessment.
Nutritional Updates
These updates are incorporated into your personal fitness sessions at regular intervals throughout the Programme.
During these updates you discuss, and are helped through, any problems you may be experiencing.
We make any necessary adjustments to your food plan as you progress.
12 Personal Fitness Sessions
These 12 Sessions take place at regular intervals throughout the Programme.
We adapt and refine your routine as your fitness levels increase. Our aim is to accomplish fitness training that combines enjoyment in exercise with realistic goals.
